Nettie Harris (DJ Rio) burst onto the club scene in 1994 and soon became one of the more popular DJ’s at various night spots including, Rendezvous, American Pie, Modavi, Runaround Sue’s, The Place, and Diamond Dave’s.

In 1995 Nettie launched her own mobile DJ business, Rio Sound Works, and quickly established her reputation as a professional, hard working entertainer and master of ceremonies.  She has become the preferred DJ at a number of event facilities and wedding venues.

Nettie has a passion for music.  She’s in touch with the current music today as well as the classic songs we all know and love.  Her club experience gives her a unique ability to blend and mix music that is recognizable and danceable without missing a beat.

Nettie’s positive attitude, intensity, and attention to detail go beyond the music.  She is both personable and professional.  Her energy is contagious…her audiences are caught up in her excitement and enthusiasm.  They have a good time…they’re entertained…they have fun.
